At IZE, your back porch sits on the Belize Barrier Reef. The marine reserve is home to sea grass beds, patch reefs, sand bores, mangrove habitat and over a dozen of major cayes and smaller islets. It is a tropical island paradise where you can play castaway for a few days.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits for cancellations made after that date will be refunded subject to penalty fees stated as a percentage of the total deposit amount as shown below.
120 - 61 days = 50% of deposit forfeited
60 to 31 days = 100% of deposit forfeited
30 to 0 days = 100% of entire payment forfeited
Please note that bookings over the week of Thanksgiving are subject to a 100% of deposit cancellation fee if cancelled less than 180 days from the arrival date. Reservation is subject to cancellation and full payment forfeited if payment is not made in full 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be made if cancelled during stay. All payments will be forfeited.
